Quinn Mark Stephenson

Quinn Mark Stephenson is one of the owners of Coyote Café, Coyote Rooftop Cantina, The Den & Geronimo Restaurant, New Mexico's only four star four diamond property in Santa Fe, NM. He also runs his own beverage consulting company, Culinary Cocktails. Having started his career at Coyote Café as a 19-year-old bar back, in ten short years Quinn has catapulted himself to the top of his field. Quinn's stepping stones to becoming a master mixologist and to restaurant ownership began with stints behind the bar at Coyote Café, where he became the Beverage Director, and then Director of Operations, before finally becoming the Corporate Beverage Director for multiple properties owned by restaurateur, Cliff Skoglund namely, a saloon, Senor Lucky's, a nightclub, Swig, and a fine dining restaurant, Geronimo.

Quinn also traveled to Scottsdale, AZ to open properties with Mr Skoglund at the Boulders Resort under the name Spotted Donkey. Always passionate about educating himself, Quinn passed his first and second level sommelier exams through the Court of Master Sommeliers and is currently hoping to be invited to take the very difficult third level examination. In 2007, Quinn formed a partnership with three long time restaurant colleagues and purchased Coyote Café from its celebrity chef, Mark Miller and in 2009 formed a partnership with Chef Distefano and Chris Harvey of Geronimo. Along with his many duties as an Owner, Beverage Director, and Sommelier, Quinn still pulls a pair of shifts a week behind the bar, where the inspiration for Culinary Cocktails was born and still thrives.
